Dear mum and dad,
I can hear soft splashes. I can see the beautiful blue sky. When I'm splashing sometimes the salty
gets in my mouth. I can smell the clean and fresh breeze. Sometimes on windy days the sand gets
in my mouth too. I can smell food eaten by people that they brought. When i put my hands on the
soft sand it tickles my fingers. People are laughing and giggling. I see people tanning in the bright
sunny sun. There are pretty colourful shells shining brightly. I get in the water there are spiky shells
hurting my foot. Giant waves are splashing up and down. I see cooler boxes that are cold as ice.
Where am I? From,
Tiffany

Reflection: We have been learning to describe a setting using our five senses. I enjoyed making my plan because it was fun drawing the lines and I love writing. Something I found tricky was adding lots of detail to my story with senses. Next time I will remember to add more ideas for sight.
